In addition to the internal efficiency's that can be derived, the system has standard and developed features that can further improve the service that we offer existing and new customers.
Real time status updates advise the transport office of job progress, electronic signature capture for immediate proof of delivery (POD) access and a soon to be launched Machine audit facility, that allows our drivers to capture images of damage, fuel levels, machine hours and fleet number and for it to be immediately available to the owner.
The new system, coupled to vehicle tracking, provides a level of information to us and therefore our customers, that has never been greater.
